If we can't deliver services as promised due to technical problems or scheduling conflicts on our end, you're eligible for a full refund.

What's Not Covered

Refunds Not Available For:

- Digital resources you've downloaded or accessed fully
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase (unless exceptional circumstances apply)
- Change of mind after completing more than 25% of a program
- Services purchased during promotional periods with specific non-refund terms

Partial Refunds
For longer programs or multi-session services, partial refunds may be available. We calculate these based on the portion of services you've used versus what remains.
If you've attended 2 out of 8 sessions, for example, you'd be eligible for a refund covering the remaining 6 sessions. We deduct a small administrative fee (typically around 10%) to cover processing costs.

We understand that unexpected situations arise. Medical emergencies, family crises, or significant life changes might affect your ability to continue with our services.
